The Integrative Therapeutic Garden (GTI) is a research proposal bringing together horticulture, landscape design, sustainable cultivation and an exploration of traditional and symbolic approaches to the relationship between people and nature. == Why this topic? == The project explores how horticulture and landscape design can be combined with nature-based practices and the symbolic use of Sacred Geometry. Its aim is to develop an accessible garden model that can be studied, implemented and used at different scales. == Main idea == The proposed garden is intended to be straightforward to establish and maintain. Medicinal and ornamental plants would form a resilient ecosystem, with successive flowering, seasonal interest and progressive regeneration. Low maintenance and long-term usefulness are design objectives to be tested, rather than assumed results. == Key elements == * Resilient perennial planting, selected for horticultural suitability, seasonal succession and compatibility between species. * Irrigation, fertilisation and pest-management systems with manual or automated control, including possible IoT monitoring. * Paths, furniture and ornamental structures, with an exploration of Sacred Geometry in the design. * Crystal arrangements and areas intended for relaxation or guided activities, as exploratory and symbolic components. * Permaculture principles and perennial polyculture. * Hermetic principles and the Belagine Laws as ethical and interpretive frameworks. * EcoDesign, EcoInnovation and consideration of the garden's life cycle. == Intended outputs == Alongside the doctoral thesis and a functioning garden, the project proposes practical guidance: design documents, a handbook or kit, and methods supporting the establishment and maturation of a therapeutic garden. == Intended contribution == The research aims to make contact with nature and opportunities for wellbeing more accessible to people who might otherwise have limited access to such spaces. == People == The Romanian source names Adrian Peticilă as academic supervisor and Paul Gabor-Iliescu, engineer, MSc as doctoral researcher. These are the roles described in the source document. == Source == English version of Argumentare, edited for clarity. The Romanian page retains the original project formulation. ---- Română: Argumentare · Acasă / Home · Toate paginile / All pages <!-- DE REZERVĂ — copiați liniile următoare la finalul sursei dacă editorul vizual modifică categoriile.
